About the event
Join us for this FREE prenatal class series. The topics will include everything from pregnancy to postpartum. Class 1 covers the 3 trimesters of pregnancy, including routine testing. We will also discuss staying healthy with pregnancy nutrition, exercise and holistic care. Partners are encouraged to attend if possible.
