My Birth Doula Services provides continuous, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. I offer guidance on comfort measures, labour and birth wishes, breastfeeding, and meditation. I coach and guide your birth partner, providing them with the tools to support you throughout the entire process, whether it's a home or hospital birth. With years of experience, I provide evidence-based care and reassurance, so that you can make informed decisions and feel supported during your birth journey.

Having a birth doula is the most complete support you can get! We meet several times throughout your pregnancy to cover your birth wishes, comfort measures, stages of labour, hypnobirthing, breastfeeding, newborn care and postpartum recovery.
During your labour, I am with you and your birth partner for hands on support and coaching.
Plus, I am available by phone or text whenever you need. Choosing me as your birth doula gives you access to one on one informational, physical and emotional support.
