About the event
Come to our FREE prenatal classes that cover everything you need to know about pregnancy and postpartum. Class 2 will focus on what happens during labor and birth, from the early stages to pushing and the first hour after your baby is born. This is an active class! We will practice common labour positions, so please wear comfy clothes. You may want to bring a pillow, mats will be provided. If you have a partner, they're welcome to come along. We'll have light snacks and drinks.
