Come hang out with us for this FREE series of prenatal classes! We’ll cover everything from pregnancy to postpartum. In class 3, we'll get together in person at Elevate Health Group to try out some prenatal exercises, like dance, stretching, and other moves. Plus, we’ll dive into coping methods and positions for labor. Focusing on the physical side of labor will be awesome prep for the big day! We’ll go over breathing techniques, use of tools, massage, counter pressure, and more. It’s a perfect class for your birth partner to join too!
