About the event
Our 3 part Birth and Baby Education Classes are hosted by top Birth and Postpartum Doulas, Krista and Sarah. We have put together evidence based information on all things pregnancy, labour and postpartum. You will learn about all of your options for labour and birth as well as how to choose what's right for you. We will talk about your physical, emotional and mental health throughout your journey to motherhood, how to have an amazing birth experience, and caring for your baby. These classes are fun, inclusive and interactive. Partners are welcome!
