This month we will dive in to what labour is actually like - and what tools you may need to cope. Topics include labour positions, natural pain relief and pain medications. As a birth doula, I have helped clients try them all!

Whether you are planning a natural, home or hospital birth, this class will help you make informed decisions for labour and pospartum. Taught by Krista White, an experienced birth and postpartum Doula with nearly a decade of training and experience!
