About the event
Online Group Meditation Classes. The Calm Birth Meditation Classes are 3 instructor led sessions to practice a meditation as well as learn the basics of labour and birth. After attending all 3 sessions, you will have less fear and anxiety towards birth. You will learn your body's natural capabilities for labour, and how your baby plays an important, connected role. Calm Birth Meditations can be used during natural, medicated and surgical births. This meditation class is for everyone. Classes can be schedule around your time preferences.
