Calm Birth Meditation is easy to learn and will lead to better birth experience! Meditation reduces pain, anxiety and the length of labour. We will practice labour breathing, guided meditation and breathing for pushing.

About the event

This is a three part series that will help you build a meditation practice as well as learn how to breathe effectively during labour and birth. Many of my clients use this breathing method. It leads them to easier, calmer births and babies. After you complete the 3 part series, you can continue to meditate with the included recordings, or find others on Youtube, Spotify and various apps.

Here is the class summary and schedule. Let me know if you have any questions, would like to attend, or if these dates and times don't work for you. I am happy to host the class privately or at an alternative time.

May 9: The Practice of Opening.

Learning this progressive relaxation technique will help you release tension throughout your body. We will discuss the stages of labour as well as how to use this meditation to prepare and cope.
